On 05/17/09 at approximately 2000 hrs, a Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy was dispatched to a local resort to investigate the theft of a watch from the resort's fitness center. The victim reported the watch was stolen from the changing area while she was taking a shower. With the help of resort surveillance, deputies were able to establish a suspect.
The next day, the victim encountered the suspect at the location and was able to recover the stolen property. The juvenile suspect was taken into custody and lodged and Lincoln County Juvenile Detention on one charge of Theft in the First Degree.
