Three Arrests Made In Tidewater Burglary |

Summary:
On May 8, 2009 at 5:00pm, a Tidewater man reported that his home had been burglarized. He advised reponding deputies that someone had forced entry to his home and then kicked in a locked interior door breaking the door frame. He also stated that several items were missing from his residence including frozen elk meat, firewood and approximately $30 in loose change.
An investigation by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office led to the arrest of Somona Kaylene Cummings, 31, of Tidewater, Grayson Lloyd Sharp, 20, of Yachats and James Andrew Prince, 19, of Yachats. All three subjects were lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on charges of BURGLARY I and THEFT II with a bail of $165,000.
