Incident: Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine
Date Occurred: May 8, 2009
Time Occurred: Approximately 10:40 pm
Location: Moonshine Park RD @ MP 1 - Logsden

Summary:

On May 8th 2009, at about 10:40 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby arrested James C Willey, 46, of Albany, near MP1 on Moonshine Park Rd in Logsden. Deputy Sorby contacted Willey on a traffic stop and a routine checked showed Willey was misdemeanor suspended. Willey was taken into custody and a search of the vehicle was conducted. Deputy Sorby located a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine, a baggie containing methamphetamine, and a scale in the car. Deputy Sorby transported Willey to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on Unlawful Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine and Driving While Suspended. Willey’s bail was set at 165,000.00.
