On May 5th, 2009 at about 11:30 AM, a Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy was dispatched to fight call that occurred at Eddyville School. An investigation revealed 17 year old male student had assaulted 15 year old male student on school property. The 17 year old student was also found to be in possession of metal knuckles. The metal knuckles were not believed to be used during the assault. The suspect was lodged at Lincoln County Juvenile Detention and charged with: Assault 4, Carry Concealed Weapon and Disorderly Conduct.
