On April 25, 2009 at about 1:06 AM, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a domestic disturbance near the 6000 block of NE Mast Ave in Lincoln City. An investigation revealed that Sarah L. Skroch, age 21 of Clackamas, caused physical injury to her husband at the above location. Deputy Hawley placed Skroch in custody for Domestic Assault IV and transported her to the jail where she is held on a $15,000 bail.
