On 04/27/09 Animal Services Deputy Lemoine received a report of an animal abuse. The investigation revealed that Jacob Steensen, age 28 of Siletz, had kicked the dog and broken it's right hind leg. Steensen was cited and released for Animal Abuse in the First Degree.
