On April 5th, 2009 Sr. Deputy Cummings stopped a grey Ford F350 pickup for failing to maintain its lane of travel and contacted the driver, later identified as 49 year old Kenneth A. Wetton from Toledo, Oregon. During the contact Sr. Deputy Cummings observed several signs of impairment. Sr. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII Investigation and arrested Mr. Wetten for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Mr. Wetton was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Wetton's BAC was measured at .12%. Mr. Wetton was lodged at the jail on the charges of DUII, Reckless Driving and two counts of Reckless Endangering Another. His bail was set at $60,000.
