On March 27th 2009 at 9:15 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deptuy Cliff Sites intitiated a traffic stop on a white 2002 Nissan Pickup on NW Fayette St in Waldport for FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LANE.
A routine records check revealed that the driver of the vehicle, James Eugene Mesey, 22, of Waldport had a Felony Warrant for his arrest out of the State of Missouri.
Mesey was arrested on the charge of FUGITIVE and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $150,000.
