Summary:
On March 22nd, 2009 at approximately 12:30 am, Deputies with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a fight in progress outside the Landmark Inn in Yachats.
Thomas Richard Allen, 36, of Yachats was fighting with his brother George Mark Allen, 30, of Seal Rock and their stepfather Sandy John Johnston, 57, of Portland in the parking lot of the location when deputies arrvied.
Thomas Richard Allen was arrested for Assault IV- Domestic and Disorderly Conduct II and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $25,000.
George Mark Allen was charged with two counts of Assault IV- Domestic and Disorderly Conduct II and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $40,000.
Sandy John Johnston was cited and released for Disorderly Conduct II.
