On March 9, 2009 at approximately 10:55 pm, dispatch received a 911 call from a woman who said there was an intoxicated man in her home, breaking things and trying to provoke a fight with the caller and her husband. A deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a residence on Hidden Valley Rd in Toledo, and Toledo police also responded to assist. Troy Adin Kimball, 43, of Toledo was contacted and detained at the scene while an investigation was conducted. The investigation revealed that Kimball had made unlawful physical contact with the caller and her husband and had also caused damage to their screen door. Kimball was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on two counts of Harassment and one count of Criminal Mischief III. After arriving at the jail, Kimball had to be restrained in the jail's Restraint Chair. Kimball's bail was set at $27,500.00.
