Summary:
On March 8, 2009 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Abby Dorsey responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the Adobe Resort in Yachats, Oregon. Deputy Dorsey arrived on scene and contacted the subjects involved in the disturbance. Both subjects, identified as Talia M. Moore, 20, and Trevor C. Farstad, 24, both of Roseburg were intoxicated. After further investigation, Farstad was issued a citation for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor, and Moore was issued a citation for Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
