Summary:
On March 7, 2009 at about 12:50 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby contacted Shirley M Looker, 68, of Vancouver Washington, on a traffic stop near MP 129 on Highway 101. Deputy Sorby learned Looker was not to have contact with the driver and that she was in violation of a no contact order. Deputy Sorby took Looker into custody and transported her to the Lincoln County Jail. Looker was lodged on Violation of a No Contact Order and her bail was set at 15,000.00.
