Summary:
On March 5, 2009 at about 9:39 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at 11964 NE Beverly Ln in Newport. Deputy Sorby arrived on scene and learned that Debbie E Schultze, 30, of Newport, had assaulted her husband by punching his two times in the nose. Schultze was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail. Schultze was charged with Domestic Assault IV and he bail was set at 15,000.00.
