Summary:
On 2-28-2009 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Forest Deputy Gary Davey issued 24 year-old Juan Marcelino Gonzalez and 28 year-old Alfredo Marcelino Gonzalez, both of Salem, a criminal citation for the Cutting / Transporting of a Minor Timber Product. Juan and Alfredo Marcelino Gonzalez were issued criminal citations for harvesting salal on Weyerhaeuser property without a permit. Deputy Davey seized over 550 pounds of salal.
