Summary:
On February 28, 2009, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a Domestic Disturbance at a Breeze Street address in Lincoln Beach. An investigation revealed that Derek M. Shepherd, 29, of Lincoln Beach arrived at the above location in a vehicle while intoxicated. Shepherd consented to field sobriety tests and failed each of them. Deputy Hawley arrested Shepherd for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Shepherd's blood alcohol content was measured at .10%. Shepherd was booked and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on $15,000 bail.
