Summary:
On February 26, 2009 at about 4:00pm, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office attempted a warrant service at a residence in the 100 block of Lincolnshire Street in Depoe Bay, Oregon. Deputy Hawley arrested Gabriel S. Pilgrim, 36 years old, of Depoe Bay, for two outstanding warrants.
A consent search revealed that Pilgrim was in possession of a methamphetamine pipe with residue. Pilgrim was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where he was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and two warrants. His bail was set at $50,000.00.
