Summary:
On February 23, 2009 Sr. Deputy Cummings responded to 911 call from a twelve year old girl reporting her mother was being physically assaulted by her aunt. Upon arrival Sr. Deputy Cummings conducted a Domestic Assault Investigation resulting in the arrest of Cheryl Lynn Erickson, age 48 from Waldport, Oregon. Ms. Erickson was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodge on the criminal charge of Assault IV Domestic Felony. Ms. Erickson’s bail was set at $50,000.
