Summary:
On February 22nd 2009 at 12:00 am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites initiated a traffic stop on a white Subaru Legacy on SW Elizabeth St for a series of traffic violations. During contact with the driver, Jerry Edward Martinez, 45 years old of Clackamas, Deputy Sites noted signs of impairment. An investigation revealed Martinez was Driving Under the Influence of Intxicants. Martinez was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample of 0.17 %. Martinez' bail was set at $15,000.
