Summary:
On February 20st at about 8:34pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Chris Miller observed a truck drive into the parking lot for a business in the area of Hwy 101 and Ferry Slip Road, South Beach, Oregon. The vehicle drove over the curb in the area, and then parked on a raised flower bed. Deputy Miller contacted the driver, Ted Lavern Driesel, 45 of Toledo. An investigation revealed Driesel was intoxicated, and was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where a breath test revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .13%. He was lodged on $15,000 bail for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants.
