Summary:
On February 21, 2009 at 1:20 am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites initiated a traffic stop on a white Chrysler LeBaron on SW Bay Blvd near SW Fall Street after the vehicle made an unsignaled right turn. During contact with the driver, 49 year old Victor L. Pinzino of Junction City, Deputy Sites noted signs of impairment. An investigation revealed Pinzino was Driving Under the Influence of Intxicants. Pinzino was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample of 0.09 %. Pinzino's bail was set at $15,000.
