Summary:
In October 2006 through January 2007, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office investigated numerous complaints of bad checks written to businesses throughout Lincoln County by Alethea Marie Baguiao, age 30 and Eddie Guillermo Baguiao, age 33, both of Veneta, Oregon. On February 18, 2009, a Newport business reported receiving a check from Alethea Marie Baguiao. The check was written on a closed checking account. Anyone receiving a check from the account of Eddie or Alethea Baguiao is asked to contact Detective Trish Miller. Refer case #09S-00458.
