Summary:
On January 31st , 2009 at 11:45 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Explorer after observing the vehicle fail to obey a traffic control device at Bayview Rd and Hwy 101 in Waldport. An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Brian Edward Baldwin, 56, of Waldport, was driving under the influence of intoxicants. Baldwin was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where he provided a breath sample of 0.10 % BAC.
