Summary:
On January 30th , 2009 at 11:40pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites conducted a traffic stop on a blue Dodge Dakota after observing the vehicle make an improper turn from NE Grant onto NE Mill St in Waldport. An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, David Wayne Black, 57, of Lebanon, was driving under the influence of intoxicants. Black was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where he provided a breath sample of 0.14 % BAC.
