Summary:
On January 25, 2009 Sr. Deputy Cummings conducted a traffic stop on a 2004 orange Nissan pickup for a minor traffic violation on U.S. Hwy 101 near SW Willow St. in Waldport, Oregon. During the contact with the driver, identified as Richard Earl Hubbard, age 64 of Waldport, Oregon, Sr. Deputy Cummings observed signs of impairment. Sr. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII Investigation and arrested Mr. Hubbard for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Mr. Hubbard was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Hubbard's BAC was measured at .16%. Mr. Hubbard was lodged at the jail and his bail was set at $15,00.00
