Summary:
On January 23, 2009 at about 12:47 pm, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near 1797 SE 14th Street in Lincoln City. Deputy Hawley stopped the vehicle because of an obstructed front windshield. An investigation revealed that Charlene R. Klena, 24 years old, of Lincoln City, had a criminally suspended driver's license. Deputy David Hawley cited and released Klena in lieu of custody for driving while suspended misdemeanor.
