Summary:
On January 21, 2009, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Gary Davey issued 49 year old William A. Ballentine of Otis a criminal citation for Offensive Littering. Ballentine was issued the citation following an investigation involving the abandonment of several autombiles as well as a singlewide mobile home, boat, and a motorhome that were left on property located in the Panther Creek area of Otis, Oregon. Investigation revealed these items were left at the location for more than six months. All items, including loose trash scattered across the property, were left in complete disrepair. Ballentine was cited to appear in Lincoln County Circuit Court.
