Summary:
On January 8, 2009 at approximately 11:10 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites responded to a report of a Domestic disturbance at a residence in the 900 Block of SW Canyon Drive in Waldport.
An investigation revealed Phillip Kamber, 58, of Waldport had thrown his wife to the floor twice during an argument, causing minor injuries to her head and foot.
Kamber was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Domestic Assault IV. He was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $15,000.
