Summary:
On January 5th, 2009 Sr. Deputy Cummings was dispatched to Oregon Shores Property, located at 3885 N. Hwy 101 in Gleneden Beach, Oregon to investigate a report of a burglary. Upon completing his investigation Sr. Deputy Cummings arrested Robert A. Kolwitz, age 58 from Depoe Bay, Oregon for Burglary II and Theft I. Mr. Kolwitz was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with bail set at $100,000. Four computers, a digital camera, camera tripod, wireless router, and a computer server battery-back up were all located in Kolwitz's vehicle and returned to the owner of the business.
