Summary:
On January 3rd, 2009 at 7:40 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites arrested a 16 year old Yachats male for several recent burglaries in the Yachats area. The juvenile admitted to burglarizing two Yachats area businesses as well as two residences.
He was charged with one count of BURGLARY I; two counts of BURGLARY II; two counts of THEFT II; CRIMINAL MISCHIEF II and CRIMINAL MISCHIEF III and lodged at the Lincoln County Juvenile Detention Center. His accomplice, who was already in custody for other burglaries, was charged with these crimes as well.
