Summary:
On January 2nd, 2009 at 11:30 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites contacted Jeffery Milton Carr Sr, 40, ofWaldport, at his residence in the 400 block of SW Waconda Beach Rd regarding Carr being a suspect in a recent theft.
During their conversation, Deputy Sites observed a syringe next to a spoon with white powdery residue on it laying on Carr's table. Carr stated the powder was oxycodone, a Schedule II controlled substance for which he did not have a prescription.
Deputy Sites arrested Carr for THEFT II and POSSESSION OF A SCHEDULE II CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE and lodged Carr at the Lincoln County Jail with a total bail of $65,000.
