Summary:
On 12-18-2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office Forest Deputy Gary Davey issued 33 year old Garth Dickinson of Lincoln City and of Dickinson Construction a criminal citation for Offensive Littering. Dickinson was cited for Offensive Littering after Deputy Davey located dumped building materials left by Dickinson on Hancock Timber property.
