Summary:
On December 14th, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Etheridge was dispatched to a traffic crash on the north end of the Gleneden Beach Loop in Gleneden Beach. A caller reported the vehicle had gone off the road into the ditch and thought a deputy should respond. Deputy Etheridge responded to the scene and observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage eminating from the driver. After a DUII investigation, Noe Gonazlez, 47 of Gleneden Beach, was issued arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Reckless Driving. Gonzalez was issued a citation and released at the North Lincoln Hospital, his bail was set at $30,000.
