Summary:
On December 10, 2008 at approximately 8:20pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a possible domestic disturbance at a mobile home park in Otis, OR. Deputies contacted Timothy Joe Cross, age 45, of Otis, OR and his female domestic partner. An investigation revealed that Cross had assaulted his girlfriend that evening, with further evidence obtained that Cross may have assaulted the same victim approximately two days prior. Cross was arrested for Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $15,000.00 bail.
