Summary:
On November 30th , 2008 at 1:08 am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Cliff Sites conducted a traffic stop on a Red Ford Aerostar after observing the vehicle leave the road and drive through the front yard of a residence in the 900 block of NE Commercial in Waldport.
An investigation revealed the driver of the vehicle, Aleksandr Vasilvevich Lobasyuk, 50 of Portland, was driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Lobasyuk was arrested for DUII and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where he provided a breath sample of 0.20 %.
Lobasyuk was lodged at the jail with a bail of $15,000.
