Three Junction City Men arrested for Criminal Mischief II and Crabbing Without A License |

Summary:
On November 29 at 1:00 am, Sgt Mark Meister and Deputy Cliff Sites responded to a report of suspicious activity at the Port Of Alsea.
An investigation revealed that Roberto Lopez-Jimenes, 35, Rodolfo Santos-Ruiz, 23 and Domingo Ruiz-Quiroz, 42, all of Junction City, had cut rope from another person's boat and used it to tie their crab pots. The men were also crabbing without a shellfish license.
All three men were arrested for CRIMINAL MISCHIEF II & for Crabbing Without A License and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with a bail of $ 30,000. The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) also placed a NO BAIL DETAINER on each of the men.
