Summary:
On 11-12-08, at about 2:30 PM, Deputy David Hawley with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded with Department of Human Services to 4173 E Alsea Highway regarding a routine house check. An investigation revealed that Shawn Gregg, 24, of Waldport, and Teddy Gregg, 35, of Waldport had their two year old child living in unsuitable conditions. Deputy Hawley cited and released Shawn and Teddy Gregg in lieu of custody for Criminal Nonsupport. The child was removed from the residence until the living conditions improved.
