Summary:
On November 9th, 2008 at approximately 8:30 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Etheridge and Sorby were dispatched to a reported domestic disturbance at 3001 Harlan Rd in Elk City. An investigation revealed Bree Biondi, 34 of Elk city, struck her boyfriend in the head with a revolver. Biondi fled the scene, but was quickly apprehended by Deputies a short distance away. Biondi was arrested for Assault II, Menacing, Tampering with Evidence, Littering Within 100 Yards of a Water Way, and Offensive Littering. Biondi was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged, her bail was set at $147,500.
