Summary:
On November 5th, 2008 at about 8:11pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies Cliff Sites, Ken Kippley and Chris Miller responded to a disturbance on E Alsea Riviera Drive, Tidewater, Oregon.
An investigation revealed that there was a disturbance between two subjects, and one attempted to call the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office for help when the other subject unplugged the phone preventing the call. The person who prevented the call was identified as Don Michael Myers, age 29 of Tidewater, Oregon. Myers was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for the crime of Interfering With Making a Police Report, where he is currently being held on $15,000 bail.
