Summary:
On 10/22/07 at about 6:42 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Offfice Deputies located a vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Subway in Waldport and contacted the female driver. The Deputy contacted Dagmar Gaston age 49 of Eugene. Maston showed signs of intoxication and the Deputy conducted a D.U.I.I. investigation. Maston was arrested and transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where she sumbitted to a breath test. The test revealed that she had a BAC of .19%. Maston was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for D.U.I.I and the bail was set at $7500.00.
