Summary:
On Sunday October 26, 2008 at approximately 6:31 p.m. Deputy Kindelberger was conducting a welfare check in the maximum security unit of the Lincoln County Jail. Deputy Kindelberger was stopped by Joshua Davis, age 23 of Lincoln City. Davis gave Deputy Kindelberger a jail house stabbing weapon referred to as a shank. Further investigation concluded that Davis purposely made the shank because he wanted to go to prison. Davis was arrested for 1 count of Supplying Contraband. Davis was already lodged on two prior counts of Supplying Contraband and Harassment. Davis' total bail is set at $50,000.00.
