Summary:
On October 20, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Abby Dorsey responded to Buck's Ranch House, located at 3349 E Alsea Highway, Waldport to a report of a Burlgary and Theft at the location. Several items were reported taken with an estimated value of about $6000.00. On October 21, 2008 Deputy Dorsey and Sgt. Turre contacted suspect, Simon E. Kellogg, 27, of Tidewater at his residence and located the majority of the stolen property. Kellogg was transported and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on the charges of Burglary I; Burglary II (2 counts); and Theft I, with a total bail of $400,000.00.
