Summary:
On October 20, 2008 Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Abby Dorsey and Karl Vertner responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 6000 block of Yachats River Rd, Yachats. The victim reported her husband, Robert B. Robinson, 62 years old of Yachats, had been phyiscally assaulting her earlier in the morning. Deputies contacted the victim and determined she had visible injuries in which she indicated were caused by her husband. Robinson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged for Assault IV (Domestic), and Harassment, with a bail of $25,000.00.
