Summary:
On 10-10-08, at about 7:00 PM, Deputy Eric Sorby with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cole C. Foos, 23, of Toledo, for Unlawful Possession of Heroin near the intersection of NE Alder ST and NE Highway 20 in Toledo. Deputy Sorby contacted Foos a few days prior and found him to be in possession of a small amount of Heroin, Hypodermic needles, and other drug paraphernalia. Deputy Sorby had Heroin tested to confirm it was indeed Heroin. The test came back positive and Foos was subsequently arrested for the drugs. Foos was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at 100,000.00.
