Summary:
On October 8, 2008 at about 1:58am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Ken Kippley and Chris Miller responded to complaint of an assault that occurred outside of the Landmark Tavern in Yachats, Oregon. The victim said he was punched once and knocked unconscious. The victim suffered a concussion and received stitches on the back of his head. The victim identified the suspect as 29 year old Dennis Joe Metrolis aka Jody Metrolis, of Yachats. Deputies Kippley and Miller located Metrolis the following evening and took him into custody. Metrolis was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on one count of Assault IV. His bail was set at $15,000.
