Summary:
28 year old Henry Charles Moe of Lincoln City, Oregon was arrested on 10/07/08 at approximately 8:55pm on charges of Felony Attempt to Elude Police, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangering, and Elude on foot.
On 10/07/08 at approximately 8:12pm the north Lincoln County patrol deputy attempted to stop a red Honda Civic on NE East Devils Lake Road. The vehicle sped off. The pursuit ensued north on NE East Devils Lake Road out to Hwy 101 then North out to Hwy 18 and then east out Hwy 18 to the Salmon River Trailer Park where the subject fled from the vehicle on foot. Another deputy arrived to assist as well as an officer from Lincoln City Police and a game trooper from OSP. The suspect was later located by an OSP Game officer hiding in the brush approximately 100 yards from where he fled from the vehicle. Moe was lodged in the Lincoln County Jail. Total bail, $95,000.00.
