Summary:
At approximately 2300 hrs, October 4, 2008, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies assisted by the Lincoln County Major Crash Team responded to a report of a person laying in the road on Elk City Road near mile post 6, Elk City.
William Joseph Mullican, 19 years old, of Elk City, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office and Medical Examiner's Office is investigating the circumstances of Mullican's death. The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office is requesting that anyone with information regarding Mullican's death contact Detective Quentin Bendel at 265-4973 or Detective Trish Miller at 265-4971.
