Summary:
On September 27, 2008 at 11:35pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Keith Libby and Cliff Sites responded to a report of harassing phone calls received at The Flounder Inn in Waldport, Oregon.
The investigation revealed 33 year old Dawn Hathaway of Newport had been asked to leave The Flounder Inn earlier in the evening. Hathaway then proceeded to call The Flounder Inn repeatedly by phone after being told not to.
On October 1, 2008 at 11:40pm, Deputy Sites located Hathaway at her residence in Newport. Hathaway was arrested for TELEPHONIC HARASSMENT and lodged in the Lincoln County Jail. Her bail was set at $5,000.
