Summary:
On September 25, 2008 at 12:06 am, a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle for eratic driving. The driver, 33 year old Jade Michael Crawford of Tillamook, OR, showed signs of impairment and agreed to perform sobriety tests. Crawford failed all tests and was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Crawford's vehicle was impounded and he was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he refused to provide a breath sample. Crawford was lodged for DUII with bail set at $1,124. Crawford was also issued a citation for Refusal to Take a Breath Test.
