Summary:
On 09/06/08 a Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy responded to a report of a subject trespassing at 1400 South Beaver Creek Road. After an investigation, 53 year old Debbie Charles of Waldport, was arrested for Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. Charles was issued a citation and released at the scene, her bail was set at $2,500.
