Summary:
On 09/06/08 a Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Derek Etheridge and Cliff Sites responded to a report of an unwanted subject at the Adobe Resort in Yachats. According to statements, the subject caused a disturbance at the hotel bar, stole a maintenance golf cart, and urinated on several vehicles at the location. After an investigation, 26 year old Zachary Miller of Eugene, was arrested for Criminal Mischief III and Disorderly Conduct II. Miller was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail, his bail was set at $5,000.
